Shyft Physio was a very welcoming and warm experience. I appreciate the help and kindness I received while attending this facility. Personally, I have been suffering from daily headaches as well as other chronic issues so much so that it has been unbearable for me to attend work or even complete my school. Keep in mind, I’m only 20 years old. After attending several treatments as well as completing my daily physio exercises 3-5x daily for several months, unfortunately, I was not noticing any improvements. The pain had become too much that I simply could not do life. and being bed ridden 24/7 wasn’t an option so I decided to seek more help and later found out that what I needed was a Chiropractor. My case ended up being to do with my spine along with some other things… it was not good, let’s just say that haha… just with 2 readjustments at Chiro, I have been a week sober from any headaches:) I’m also finding that it is fixing a lot of other chronic issues I had as well. (Personal opinion) Generally, I think physio is great for people suffering from muscle imbalances, recovering from surgeries/illnesses, and more. I personally think chiropractor is the way to go when it comes to putting things in place first! Hopefully this helps someone discover something new that is suffering like I was. I believe in both Chiro and Physio, each one fixes a different problem. All in all, when it comes to physio, I would recommend Shyft physio 100%, no doubt. Thank you so much!
I've used Shyft for 2 different cycling injuries. My first in 2014 was my elbow bending backwards and Matt worked with me through the entire process. My arm came back to 100% even though I was told I may not regain the full 100% of strength in the arm. My 2nd injury was in June 2022. I was forced off the road and incurred a quad injury. Again, Matt worked with me knowing I am an avid cyclist and through a gradual increasing of mobility exercises, I was back on the bike after a few months off. I progressed far enough with Matt that I was able to RIDE my bike to physio. If you are reading this because you are looking for physio at a clinic that will bring you out the other side at a recovery speed that works with you and your injury, you're reading about the right clinic. The personality, patience and expertise you receive at Shyft is absolutely top tier. Do not hesitate to set up a consult, you'll be glad you did.

I would like to commend Luke Cruichshank, MCis, MPT, BSc.It was our first time to come to Shyft, the Physiotherapy Group. My father is the patient, he is 88 years old and had never used a Physical Therapist. Of course, he was anxious and was nervous about going. When we called to make an appointment. and immediately Liz gave us an appointment. With the private insurance GreenShield, we were immediately attended for an appointment.As for the Therapist, we can't thank you enough for the attention and patience you gave my father during his evaluation. Luke took the time to listen and evaluate my father's leg pain. He gave him exercises to work on at home and then my father will come once a week to continue his therapy.Thank you again Shyft for a wonderful therapist, we highly recommend getting an appointment with Luke Cruichshank, is highly educated and truly knowledgeable of his specialty.If you have a chance to get an appointment with Luke, ask for him, you will not be disappointed!

Great hours. I’m never left waiting for too long. Luke is my therapist and is extremely good at his job 🙂 I’m pretty active and dance on average 5 nights/wk. I was off training completely due to shoulder injury and with progressive stretch and exercises was back to regular training after a couple months. Seeing him now for a hip injury. Highly, highly recommend for anyone who trains any kind of sport and is motivated to maximize performance/ return from injury.
